I am back - though just for a bit. At least I made it home in time for the fireworks. I had emergency surgery to have my gallbladder removed, fortunately they were able to do it laproscopically - far less invasive and faster healing. I have a tale to tell and healing lessons I am learning along the way. It is of course ironic (or not) that as I am in the middle of doing research about a book I am writing on the energetic patterns behind disease and illness that I should have a healing crisis! Good material for the book I am finding.
I will share my tale when I am up to it, for today I am going to sit surrounded by my loved ones watching fireworks. I will schedule some reposts of past posts and some recipes in the meantime. I want to thank everyone sending me well-wishes, I do so appreciate and cherish these.
Happy 4th!

Oh, what good news. And a relief to hear that your surgery was laproscopic. Far shorter healing time, no incision, big pain, chance of infection, etc. So, relax into your dear family, enjoy the jeux de feu, take it very easy, and just heal.
Take care of yourself and enjoy the fireworks.
Glad to hear you are home and doing well. Enjoy the fireworks.
Happy 4TH!
